The Party’s Over. It’s Time to Call it a Day

This is the boys Last Dance. The central tenant of the The Peter Principle is “In a hierarchy, every employee tends to rise to his level of incompetence.” Harold and Kumar talked a great game but failed miserably. Kumar was seduced by the power and succumbed to the swamp. Once Harold had to lie about Epstein, he was like WFT did I agree to and how do I get out of here. Hiring the right person is hard, someone may look great on paper, then preforms horribly. The bosses responsibility is to see his mistake and correct it yesterday. The first step in this process happened with the appointment of Andrew Bailey as co-deputy director.

This is their last dance, but who is going to be pushed out first? Smart money is on Harold, but I feel Kumar won’t be too far behind.
