Very useful articles on garlic and bioengineered foodstuffs. I did not know about the lack of roots on the Chinese stuff. As for the bioengineered food, I first noticed that same notation on $1 packs of tuna or chicken with crackers. I think the bioengineered component is in the crackers. Anyway, I noticed how the packaging has cute little emblems on it to make it look ‘natural’ and wholesome.
